At KASSIUS, we take pride in delivering premium-quality activewear. To maintain product hygiene and quality standards, we have a strict no-return policy.

Important Policy:

We do not offer refunds.

However, we understand that sizing issues can happen, so we offer size exchanges only under the following conditions.

Size Exchanges:

Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to product condition and stock availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
  • Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us.

Exchange Conditions:

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to size availability.

Return Shipping Charges:

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for size exchange.
  • KASSIUS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Our team will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
